The room was always clean, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from popular attractions and restaurants. the front desk personnel were friendly and provided helpful information about the city.

There were a few issues with the hotel. the Wi-Fi connection was limited to only 2 devices, and it was a bit frustrating when the account was unexpectedly closed.

Convenient location near famous attractions, spacious and comfortable rooms with a fridge and great shower. Helpful and friendly staff providing useful advice and directions. Enjoyed complimentary coffee in the mornings and appreciated quick resolution of any issues. Modern decor and pleasant surprises made our stay special.

We had a fantastic 4-star experience here. The room was tidy, with great facilities. The check-in was early, we loved Irish bar.

It was a good base for our really comfortable stay. Our room was fashionable and welcoming with good wifi and the continental breakfast offered has plenty of dishes.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was very close to Times Square and Grand Central Station, which made it easy to get to everything this city has to offer. Also, there were plenty of places to eat around such as the Irish bar with good pizza across the street and a Starbucks within a block. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean, and the staff was friendly and provided great customer service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, with Times Square and many major tourist spots within walking distance. It made exploring the city so convenient and exciting. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of, to the room amenities that provided enhanced comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. The continental breakfast at the restaurant was a great start to our day, providing a good selection of delicious food.

This hotel is perfect for families as well, with its convenient location and family-friendly amenities.

This place is reasonably priced and the staff are helpful! Its continental breakfast is a must, with lots of fab meals.

Good service, great food and brilliant location close to Times Square and the subway stations and Grand Central Station. Having different hot drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch. Not to mention free wifi! Stopped by Hard Rock Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend;))

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was fantastic. The room was modern and comfortable, with a super cozy bed and an awesome electric mirror in the bathroom. The hotel staff, especially Charmaine, were friendly and professional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and other major attractions. The wifi was reliable and the lobby coffee in the mornings was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

location of the hotel is the best, it's only 2 blocks from Times Square. room is a good size and bed and pillows are very comfortable. staff was very nice, we had a problem with a double room charge, they said they were going to solve, we are waiting for it to be completely released.

They didn't have complimentary water bottles, as they usually do in all hotels, hotel doesn't have breakfast, at least when I asked that I was told. There were two elevators in the hotel and only one worked, from what I've read it's been like that for several months, nothing serious but it is a bit annoying if there is a lot of traffic. One of the towels in the bathroom looked a bit old, it even had a little hole in it, nothing serious, it's something you should watch out for.

The staff were amazing! Adam, Kiefer, and Tenzin went above and beyond to help us explore the city. Great location central to everything, close to subway station, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large shower stall. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location in the heart of midtown area, just a stone's throw away from Times Square, near subway stations and the Rockefeller center. The rooms are clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, and toiletries. The staff is helpful and welcoming, providing a bottle of water in the room. The hotel also provides breakfast shared with a wonderful cafe across the road.

The hotel may lack the modern decor and amenities of more upscale hotels.

The location is very close to Times Square (200m walk). Super friendly staff who know how to adapt to the client (our English was not perfect but we managed to make ourselves understood thanks to their patience). The place was very clean, the rooms were impeccable.

The one and only small downside is the water temperature. It's hard to get cold water.

The noise from the heating system was a major issue during my stay. It was very loud and woke me up early in the morning.

They offer you a transfer service and tell you a one-time fee without tipping, however at the time of arrival at the airport the driver either didn't have that instruction or just didn't care and asks you to need the change? I think the instructions for services offered should be clear

The hotel manager, Mr. Henry, made sure that my stay was the highlight of my New York experience. The room was beautiful, with elegant décor and modern furniture. The fitness facility on the tenth floor offered a breathtaking view and had all the equipment needed for a great workout. The hotel was also conveniently located near Broadway shows, upscale dining, and cultural street vendors. I had an amazing stay at Casa Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location is very good, the rooms are not big but they are comfortable, the bathroom is very good.

I was surprised there was no coffee maker or fridge, so you have to go out for breakfast or coffee. I solved it by buying an electric heater for 5 dollars at BB&B and there are electric jugs at CVS for 9 dollars.

The advantage of this hotel is its location - 300 m from Times Square, 500 m from 5th Avenue, 300 m from Rockefeller Center (there is also the nearest subway station). Room for 4 people enough, comfortable beds. Bathroom very clean, large shower, cosmetics in the bathroom. Large TV, coffee machine, mini fridge. Fast elevator. Very nice service at the reception - great stay!
